As you do this, clear your mind of expectations and allow your higher self to guide this experience.
The purpose of Angel Card readings is to stimulate thoughts, awaken new understanding and to help you choose your direction. While we always have creative power in our experiences, the introduction of concepts can clarify our intentions. While each of us will create our own interpretations of the message, I have included both Doreen Virtue’s and my own impressions about what the card means.
Doreen: Let go of anger and resentment, and feel yourself healed. You don’t need to forgive the action, just the person – so you can be at peace.
Glenn: Usually when the concept of forgiveness arises, it is in reaction to perceived harm. When someone does something that hurts you or breaks your trust, it can be difficult to overlook. When someone does something that dramatically impacts your life, forgiveness may seem unreachable. It is important to realize that forgiveness means releasing the power these feelings have over your demeanor. Let it go for your own benefit.
Doreen: A situation that has caused you concern is on the mend. You are a natural healer and your healing thoughts have manifested into form.
Glenn: The concept of healing implies more than physical focus. While you may have physical challenges to overcome, the deepest need for healing is internal. Become aware of emotional and spiritual issues that drag you down. Become aware of past episodes that still hold you back. Become aware of reactive issues that affect your current state and potential outcome. You are capable and ready to take the next step in your evolution.
Doreen: The angels urge you to care for your physical body. You are asked to eat healthful foods, to exercise regularly, and to avoid toxins.
Glenn: Sometimes we get so involved in our lives that we forget to focus on the vessel that carries us through. Shift your attention to your own physical well-being. Pay attention to habits that lower your vibration and which ones raise vibration. Become aware of what you ingest and how it affects you. As you move towards higher vibration your physical presence can easily be changed.
The condition of your body is a direct reflection of your state of healing. No matter where you are, you can always do better. Forgive yourself for being who you are. Beating yourself up over past behavior does not help. Instead, visualize yourself as strong, healthy, flexible and mobile. Then do it.
